The 2026 MKE5K Men’s Walk/Run brings Milwaukee residents, families, community organizations and businesses together for a morning centered on movement, wellness, connection and peace.
We’re inviting community organizations, wellness providers, local businesses and resource partners to join us as Community Vendors.
There is no vendor fee for the 2026 MKE5K.

BRING YOUR ORGANIZATION TO THE MKE5K
We especially welcome organizations offering resources, services, information, giveaways or interactive experiences that support healthier individuals, families and communities.
Think wellness resources, community programs, health information, youth and family services, financial wellness, education, employment resources, neighborhood organizations and other services that benefit our community.
Interactive is even better. If you can offer an activity, demonstration, giveaway, screening or other way for participants to engage with your organization, we’d love to hear about it.

Vendor Setup: Approximately 7:15–7:45 AM
Vendors Ready: 8:00 AM
Event Activities: 8:00 AM–12:15 PM
Breakdown: Approximately 12:15–1:00 PM

Final vendor placement, unloading instructions and event-day details will be provided to confirmed vendors before the event.
WHAT SHOULD I BRING?
Vendors should plan to provide their own:
Table • Chairs • Tent • Tent Weights • Displays • Materials • Giveaways
Electricity is not guaranteed and must be requested in advance.
If you need something specific for your activation, tell us on the vendor form and we'll let you know what can be accommodated.
WANT TO SUPPORT THE EVENT TOO?
Community Vendors can also support the MKE5K through in-kind contributions such as participant giveaways, healthy snacks, bottled water, wellness resources, prizes, event supplies or professional services.
