After payment, visit https://mke5k.com/teamroster to submit each participant's name and email address.
STEP 3 — COMPLETE PARTICIPANT WAIVERS
Share https://mke5k.com/participantwaiver with everyone in your group. Each participant must complete their information, emergency contact details, and waiver before participating. A parent or legal guardian must complete the form for minors.
No additional payment is required!
All ages and abilities are welcome. Missing paperwork must be completed at event-day check-in before participating.
